Bakrieland Build Budget Hotels in Tenggarong, East Kalimantan

High-demand equipped hotel with affordable prices alias budget hotels (budget hotels) is expected to soar. Understandably, the economy's improved a lot this year made the company sends its employees on business trips. Not to mention the tourism sector, which again aroused.

Seeing this trend of increased demand, some developers incentive to develop budget hotels. Look PT Bakrieland Development Tbk through subsidiary PT Bakrie Nirwana Universe continues to prepare for the operation of budget hotels in Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara.

At Tenggarong, Bakrie Nirwana will manage the hotel owned by the Government of East Kutai regency Kertanegara, namely Hotel Throne and Hotel Lesong. Currently, the hotel re-entering the construction phase of a budget hotel. Bakrie Nirwana targeting this hotel can operate as a budget hotel in the second half of 2010. Construction of the hotel is included in long-term plans of Bakrie Nirwana who wants to build 50 budget hotels.

According to President Director Bakrieland, Mr S Thaib, building a budget hotel will take an investment of less than Rp 50 billion. Bakrie Nirwana not yet given a new name for the hotel. What is clear, the hotel is expected to provide the service three-star hotel or a four-star two-star price. Hotels of this type typically have spacious 3x5 square meters (m2) with breakfast, internet services, satellite television, toiletries, and air conditioning.

Hiramsyah view, rising commodity prices are increasingly out of Java to make the regional income fueled participate. Some commodities that are believed to still be a hero in the future include crude oil, palm oil, and coal.
