At Tenggarong, Bakrie Nirwana will manage the hotel owned by the Government of East Kutai regency Kertanegara, namely Hotel Throne and Hotel Lesong. According to President Director Bakrieland, Mr S Thaib, building a budget hotel will take an investment of less than Rp 50 billion. Bakrie Nirwana not yet given a new name for the hotel. What is clear, the hotel is expected to provide the service three-star hotel or a four-star two-star price. Hotels of this type typically have spacious 3x5 square meters (m2) with breakfast, internet services, satellite television, toiletries, and air conditioning.
